The mortgage startup company, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Visharl Garg, who today, fired 900 of his workers via a zoom meeting, has once descended on his employees, describing them as dolphins.

The ‘arrogant’ and ‘disrespectful’ 42 years old billionaire CEO, in an early morning email message to his employees, accused them of being too slow on the job, and that they [employees] are embarrassing him.

He continued by likening his employees to dolphins that live in the sea.

“HELLO — WAKE UP BETTER TEAM,” writes Vishal Garg, the CEO of, in an email to employees obtained by Forbes and sighted by Ghana Vanguard. “You are TOO DAMN SLOW. You are a bunch of DUMB DOLPHINS and…DUMB DOLPHINS get caught in nets and eaten by sharks. SO STOP IT. STOP IT. STOP IT RIGHT NOW. YOU ARE EMBARRASSING ME.”

This young business owner is in the news today again for assembling 900 of his workers via a zoom meeting, and dismissing all of them with immediate effect.

The video of the meeting has so far gone viral and people have been reacting since.

A tweeter user who goes by the name Dr. Harrold Sak wrote in a tweet that the CEO has himself failed as a CEO, and therefore should himself off as well.
