Okyeame Kwame Finally Drags Ambolley To Court After Chasing Him With Summon Since March
Ghanaian rapper, Okyeame Kwame has sued legendary musician, Gyedu Blay Ambolley a writ of summons via his Facebook page.
The summon through his Facebook came on after he tried several times to serve him since March but to no avail.
The writ has it that, Gyedu Blay Ambolley has eight days to report to the court.
Some time ago, the public witnessed some small beef between the two musicians which Ambolley alleged in an interview on TV3 that Okyeame Kwame refused to pay 50,000ghc loan which w as given to him during Obour tenure as Musiga president.
The rapper asked Gyedu Blay Ambolley to either come and prove his claim or apologize but he refused which led to the court summon.
He wrote on his Facebook “We have been trying to give this writ to Mr. Gyedu Blay Ambolley since March this year but the bailiff couldn’t find him to deliver. So pls if you know where the legend is, pls tell him the court is looking for him. He must report within 8 days. This document is legal. Thank you.
