Former President and Flag bearer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama has revealed that his next government will introduce what he calls Operation Sting.

John Mahama made this known during the formal outdooring in of his running mate for the 2020 general elections, Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang at the auditorium of the University of Professional Studies, Accra.

According to the former President, the “Operation Sting” will be introduced to check corruption among his appointees in his next administration.

He added that appointees in his next government will be forced by the “Operation Stings” to declare their assets and also have their accounts audited periodically by the Auditor General.

He further called on Ghanaians to come together to shove away the NPP government as well as bring to halt their four years of corruption, four years of nepotism, four years of deliberate collapse of Ghanaian owned businesses and four years of lawlessness.
