Member of Parliament for North Tongu Constituency and Special Aide to Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, and his relatives, have donated all monies received or contributed at the funeral service of his late father, Theophilus Okudzeto, to the Battor Catholic Hospital.

Announcing the donation, which took place today, Tuesday, August 17, 2021, on his Facebook wall, the opposition lawmaker said; “…we were at the Battor Catholic Hospital earlier today to donate all collections received for the family during the service. We hope it would help vulnerable patients in need of financial support.”

The MP has long been kind to the catholic hospital which is the major health facility in the North Tongu Constituency. He recently donated medical equipment, laptops and printers to the hospital.

Hon. Ablakwa and family laid to rest his father, Theophilus Okudzeto, on Saturday, August 14, 2021, after a funeral service which saw Former President Mahama, NDC 2020 Vice Presidential Candidate, Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, National Security Minister, Hon. Kan Dapaah, and dozens of MPs, in attendance.
