A very popular activist and social media communicator for the oppostion National Democratic Congress (NDC), Yayra Koku has thrown some shades at the leader of the NPP Caucus in parliament, Hon. Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu.
Yayra Koku, a dismissed employee of the National Identification Authority said Hon. Osei Kyei who is the Member of Parliament for Suame Constituency is a talented liar and a person full of dishonesty.
Koku’s outburst came after the MP said in an interview on GhOne TV earlier today, January 14 that the speaker of the 8th Parliament, Rt. Hon. Alban Bagbin is made Speaker of Parliament through as a result of consensus reached by both sides of the house.
“My colleagues went into the conclave and came to say that they objected to that proposal that we should do a re-run. So we were thinking through, and it was still in the process of further engagement that we came to the conclusion that where we are, let us adopt Bagbin as a consensus candidate,” Hon. Bonsu revealed in an interview on GhOne TV closely monitored by GhanaVanguard.com.
Hon. Bonsu’s statement however, did not go down well with Koku who believes strongly that Hon. Alban Bagbin was elected and not selected as claimed by most NPP lawmakers.
In a post on his Facebook wall, Koku described the NPP leader in parliament as a talented liar and a character who needs to be feared.
“Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu is a SERIOUS TALENTED LIAR, very DISHONEST and should be FEARED. DANGEROUS man,” he stated.
