A former presidential staffer under the erstwhile John Dramani Mahama’s administration, Ben Dotsei Malor said persons who hate Investigative Journalist, Manasseh Awuni Azure are the corrupt, evil, wicked and violent ones in the country.

According to Mr. Major who was the Communications Advisor to then president Mahama and currently serves the United Nations as Head of Information Unit at the UN Headquarters, God fearing Ghanaians who really love their country must be happy of the work done by Manasseh Azure and not rebuke him.

You can’t be Patriotic, Christian or against corruption/evil in the land and yet, hate Manasseh Azure Awuni, unless you are wicked, corrupt, violent and evil.

Mr. Malor wrote on his Facebook wall.

Manasseh Azure Awuni has been the center of discussions in the media these days following the speech he gave at the Baah-Wiredu Memorial Lecture which was held last week.

However, the sacking of former Public Procurement Authority (PPA) boss, Mr Adjenim Boateng Adjei by the president of the republic following “Donkomi” exposé made by Manasseh in 2019 also draw much commendations to the Investigative Journalist.

U.S based lawyer and academic, Professor Stephen Kwaku Asare, popularly known as Prof. Kwaku Azar also commended Manasseh for his immense anti corruption works.

Prof. Azar even suggested the journalist be awarded by the state as well as the cost of the investigation he did also absorbed by the state.

…I will also suggest that the State should consider rewarding Manasseh Azure Awuni for the work he did on Donkomi. At the very least, the State must cover the cost of Donkomi plus a reasonable rent…

Prof. Kwaku Azar wrote in a Facebook post he made on his wall.
